Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email address and phone number can only be associated with one YO Fruits account.

Can I add multiple delivery addresses to my account?

Yes, multiple delivery addresses can be saved in your account. However, items in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you wish to deliver products to multiple addresses, you need to place separate orders.

Can I have multiple accounts with the same mobile number and email?

No, each account requires a unique email address and phone number.

Can family members create separate accounts with a common delivery address?

Yes, up to three family members can share the same delivery address, provided each account has a unique email address and phone number.

Can I place orders for different cities with one account?

Yes, you can save addresses in multiple cities under one account and place orders accordingly.

"My Account" is the section accessible after logging in. Here, you can track active orders, view credit notes, check order history, and update your contact details.

How do I reset my password?

What are credit notes, and where can I find them?

Credit notes reflect the balance amount in your YO Fruits account, which you can use for future purchases. You can view your credit notes in the "My Account" section.

What is My Shopping List?

Your Shopping List is a compilation of items previously ordered from YO Fruits, enabling quicker future purchases.

Payment

What are the payment options on YO Fruits?

You can pay using the following methods:

a. Cash on Delivery (COD)

b. Credit and Debit Cards (VISA / Mastercard / RuPay)

c. UPI and digital wallets

Can I choose COD?

Yes, you may choose COD and pay the delivery executive at the time of delivery. For contactless payment, we suggest paying the exact amount or rounding up to the nearest hundred if possible.

Are there any additional charges or taxes?

No VAT is charged, but GST will be applied as per government regulations.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card on YO Fruits?

Absolutely. YO Fruits follows RBI guidelines for secure transactions, requiring additional authentication for online payments.

What does Cash on Delivery mean?

With Cash on Delivery, you pay for your order when it’s delivered to your doorstep.

If I pay online, how are refunds handled for undelivered items?

For undelivered items, the balance will be refunded to your YO Fruits account as store credit, usable on future orders. If you prefer a bank transfer, please contact our support team.

Where do I enter the coupon code?

At checkout, select your delivery slot and payment method. You’ll see a box where you can enter your coupon code. The discount will be applied automatically.

Expectation of fair conduct in dealings with YO Fruits

YO Fruits reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or deactivate a customer account if the customer is involved in fraudulent or unlawful activities, or if their actions are harmful to any person or entity associated with YO Fruits, including employees, customer service representatives, or delivery personnel.

By using YO Fruits’ services, customers agree not to engage in illegal, offensive, abusive, obscene, or invasive behavior. This includes conduct that is discriminatory or disparaging based on race, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, culture, or socioeconomic status. Any actions promoting enmity between groups with the intent to incite violence are also prohibited. YO Fruits will not be liable for account termination or suspension resulting from such actions by the customer.
