YO FRUITS will not use your financial information for any purpose other than to complete a transaction with you. By using this Site, you agree that YO FRUITS will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties. By using this Site or providing information, you agree (i) that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the Site; and (ii) that we can take adequate physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your data till the time you use the Site or the services provided by the Site (directly or indirectly).
How can you correct inaccuracies in the information?

Pricing
(i) Most of the commodities and fresh fruits prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, not additional changes will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of delivery of the order. Although prices of few products do not fluctuate on a daily basis.
(ii) Prices of our commodities at our retail store might vary with that of the online (Website and App).
(iii) YO fruits reserve the right to change the price of any product in the website and application any time without any notice. Prices stated at the time of an order is placed shall be considered final.
Returns & Refunds
(i) we have "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our memebers to return product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.
(ii) For fruits return, it should be handed over to our delivery executive within 12 hours from the time delivered. Similarly, for Dry fruits it should be returned to our delivery executive within 24 hours of the order delivered.
(iii) In case of return - you must return the product to us in the same original condition as supplied by us. Products,under the following instances ,cannot be accepted by us as/under Return
1) damage due to miss handling.
2) tempred.
Payment
(i) YO Fruits can't be held responsible for any failure in any payment or multiple payment deductions for the same order. However, in this case the responsible bank/merchant returns the payment within 5-7 working days.
(ii) For any refunds, the payment shall be returned through the same payment mode.
Delivery policy
(i) it is the customer's responsibility to check weight and count of the order at the time of delivery. Complaints regarding short weight will not be entertained if the complaints not lodged immediately at the time of delivery. However, we make sure our packages go through enough checks to provide the right thing,explained better in the next point.
(ii) "failing to accept delivery despite confirmation call/sms from our customer care might lead to below consequences:
- Prepaid orders will be cancelled with cancellation fees
- COD orders will be cancelled.
- 3 failed attempts of COD for a customer will lead to non eligibility of COD till a period of time YO Fruits decides.
Quality Assurance
All our delivery packets/bags/bottles/automated packets are gone through several quality checks at the various levels of operation with proper hygiene protocols. Moreover, every process is strictly monitored under CCTV to remove any slightest of the foul play.
Jurisdication
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdication of Bhubaneswar.
Policy updates
YO FRUITS reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
